Firestone Complete Auto Care

Scheduled a same day emergency appointment to get 2 new tires and have them installed. The associates were all very nice, and fast. We waited for a bay to open but exactly 10 minutes after they pulled my car in, my tires were on the rims and balanced and the car was pulled back out. I have never seen such fast service regarding a vehicle so I was very impressed. The price at the end was actually less than the quote given online. Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the area

I changed 2 of the tires 9 months ago and they destroyed the screws of the car and I had bought a new set of screws and 6 days ago I went and bought 2 of the tires but they didn't tighten the screws this time at all I lost one of the screws on the road and when I got home today I found that there are 6 screws that were not tightened enough for a car that a person rides in It is a good workshop I think such a service should not have been provided I appreciate Good dealing, but this recklessness in people's lives is unacceptable?

I love bringing my vehicles to this Firestone for service. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's important to me to find a shop I can trust, and the team here has earned that trust time and time again. They always take the time to explain things clearly, are honest about what my vehicle needs, and never try to upsell unnecessary services. I'm consistently treated with respect, and I know my vehicles are in good hands. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend them!

If you want your auto fixed correctly the first time visit this Firestone and see Charles Pannone (Chicky). This gentleman is honest and will get you in and out quickly. I have been going to this place for years now for tires, batteries, radiator issues and most anything else that plagues a car. Charles lets you know what the issue is and sets a realistic price to get it fixed. The mechanic team at this location is amazing. Forget making an appointment at a dealer and pay ridiculous prices. Firestone lets you walk in and get it done.
